Processes performed throughout the agency are continually improved to increase capability, efficiency, and effectiveness.  Agency processes are periodically compared with best practices, and are continually improved in accordance with best practices, principles and guidance, including those embodied in the FAA integrated Capability Maturity Model (FAA-iCMM) which provides a framework for systematic process improvement.
