. General: Administrative Items:
Proposed AMS Changes: Change 07-14, COTR Handbook and Training Guidance (T3.10.1): David Lankford distributed handouts to everyone in attendance: (1) a Comment Resolution Matirx identifying and consolidating received COTR handbook comments; and (2) a Content red line of the COTR training guidance. David Lankford then went on to identify and provide rationale for those comments which were either ‘partially adopted’ or ‘not adopted’. Generally, comments ‘partially adopted or not adopted’ were outside the scope of the agency based COTR Handbook, or were of the nature of internal management functionalities and processes. Colleen Gutrick has electronically updated and forwarded the revised COTR Handbook to all members. These documents were conditionally approved by the ASAG subject to the following comments: Actions: (1) Rita Estrada-Cavalini – Unit identification/barcode comments due to David Lankford Friday, March 9th; and (2) Jackie Baker – security training comments. Next Wednesday, March 14th, Colleen Gutrick will electronically distribute the final version of these documents. Change 07-25, Operational Analyses Policy & 07-26, Operational Analyses Guidance: David Woodson, informed the ASAG the he had created and sent out a comment resolution matrix as well as the revised document. Rita Estrada-Cavalini requested additional time to review the documents. David Lankford granted Rita Estratda-Cavalini an extension of time to Tuesday, March 13th. The policy and guidance was conditionally approved subject to ATO-W’s (Rita Estrada-Cavalini) comments. If ATO-W has substantive changes, a revised document will be distributed to the entire Committee. If ATO-W does not have substantive changes, David Lankford will determine the documents finally approved. |
